We at Elmays Perfumes take pride in providing high-quality fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are accepted under specific conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions.
  • Gift cards.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 5 business days.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
